Home Purchase Process

  • Discovery & Plan

We discuss your home buying goals and qualifications for financing. Then, I provide financing options for your review and consideration. This process may include refining your home buying goals and financing options.

  • Preapproval & Home Search

Your income and asset documents and credit report are reviewed to confirm eligibility for financing and the upper limit for your home purchase. Then, with those parameters, your home search begins.

  • Contract, Application & Underwriting

Your offer on a home is accepted by the seller. Your preapproval is converted to a loan application. The application along with your documentation is submitted for underwriting approval.

  • Closing & Keys

After final loan approval, closing documents are signed and funds due for closing are wired. Title is transferred. Once your home purchase “closes”, its time for keys and move in. Congratulations on your new home!
